2.1 The Service includes AI-powered chatbot and CRM tools such as “FAQ Automation,” “Lead Capture,” “AI Appointment Booking,” and related software features accessible via an internet connection.

2.2 Access to the Service is subject to payment of a one-time fee or subscription fee, as applicable.

3. Technical Requirements

To use the Service, the following requirements must be met:

• A broadband internet connection.

• A supported web browser: Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.

• A computer or device capable of running the supported browsers.

• Appropriate access permissions to the Service.

4. User Obligations

4.1 By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and usage.

• Ensure lawful collection and processing of end-user data.

• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

4.2 The Service must not be used for illegal purposes, and any misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

4.3 It is your responsibility to maintain the technical requirements for accessing the Service.

5.1 All content, software, and features of the Service are the exclusive property of Relyon Marketing Kft. and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5.2 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your business operations.

5.3 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Service or its components is strictly prohibited.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at [email protected].

6.2 Refunds are not available beyond the 30-day guarantee period.

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including lead volume or revenue generation, even if mentioned in our communication.

7.2 To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any:

• Loss of business, revenue, or profits.

• Indirect or consequential damages.

• Issues arising from the misuse or improper setup of the Service.

7.3 Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the Service.

8. Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked.

8.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in illegal activities.

9.2 As the user, you are responsible for ensuring the lawful collection and processing of personal data related to your clients or end users.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Budapest, Hungary.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
